Autium Pte Ltd (“Autium”) respects individual privacy and takes all reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of information provided by the user (“the User”) of this website (“the Website”). The following provisions constitute Autium’s Privacy Policy.

1.5 Whenever the User updates personal information, the list of information collected from the User (which may be analysed to produce other derivative information), if provided, is as follows:

(c) Identification information (ID number, first and last names)
(d) Demographic information (gender, occupation, date of birth, nationality, country of residence)

1.6 Whenever the User uploads new content or edits existing content, the list of information collected from the User (which may be analysed to produce other derivative information) is as follows:

(b) Edit date and time, if applicable
(c) Submitted content, e.g. text, images, etc.

1.7 Whenever the User makes an e-commerce transaction, the exhaustive list of information collected from the User (which may be analysed to produce other derivative information) is as follows:
(a) Date and time of purchase
(b) Order information (including product code, name, quantity, specifications)
(c) Contact information (including name, mailing address, shipping address, contact numbers)

1.8 Our e-commerce transactions are processed and secured using third-party providers, PayPal and WorldPay. Please read the privacy policies of these providers to learn how your payment information (including credit card number) is used.

2. Use of Information

2.1 Autium will not disclose any of the personal information stipulated in Clauses 1.1 to 1.7 to any third party without the prior written consent of the User, unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Internally, the information described in Clauses 1.1 to 1.7 may be used for the following purposes:
(a) Technical administration of the Website
(b) Research and development
(c) Customer administration
(d) Marketing

2.3 Autium will not disclose the User’s contact and identity information, including, without limitation, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, facsimile number and NRIC number, to any third party without the prior written permission of the User. The contact information will be used solely for informing the User of updates under an opt-in scheme, contacting the User in the event of an enquiry or problem and sending the User ordered goods or free gifts, or if somehow required by law to assist in law enforcement.

3. Use of Cookies

3.1 The Website installs cookies on the User’s computer only if the User has chosen to enable cookies in his or her internet browser.

3.2 The cookies installed are used for the following purposes:

6. Access to Personal Information

6.1 The User can request for his or hers personal information as collected by the Website by contacting Autium. A readable copy of the personal data will be provided, free of charge, within 7 business days. Autium may, however, require proof of identity from the User for authentication purposes.

6.2 Autium allows the User to challenge the data that the Website holds and, where appropriate, the User may have the data:
(a) Erased
(b) Rectified or amended
(c) Completed
