METALLIC ADHESIVES FOR CERAMICS [Enquire for Collaboration]
Yet another development by Autium, Metallic Adhesives for Ceramics (M.A.C) is a range of metal alloys that adhere on the surface of ceramic substrates. It can be deposited in its liquid state on low, medium and high temperature ceramics or glass. It displays excellent adhesion properties on the ceramic substrate.
On top of that, various metals, such as copper can adhere to the metal alloy through soldering or our in-house low cost diffusion bonding process.
This adhesive is conductive and can aid in thick film processes and thermal management.
This technology and metal alloys have a potential for use in manufacturing and processing in microelectronics packaging, and for RF devices replacing organic substrates.
